The objective of this book is to explain the elaboration of an unknown yet very promising accompaniment technique. The name of this approach is CPA, in English "Accompanied Inner Communication". By accompanying the hand over a computer keyboard, expression emerges from a part of ourselves that we do not usually have access to. Accompanied Inner Communication associates words with touching, by establishing contact and cupping the accompanied person's hand. This communication is above all a welcome, allowing each accompanied person to better structure himself and live his own life. Listening in Accompanied Inner Communication is connecting the person to himself, to his inner self. The objective of this accompanying work is to facilitate the emergence of an aspect of the past as it was recorded by the person who is consulting so that he/she can live the present with increased consciousness. It is not about rummaging around in the past but rather letting emerge what the person needs at that specific moment, to live the present moment with consciousness and free of projections from the past. AIC is used with people who cannot speak as well as those who can. The vision of handicap undergoes a quantum shift. The typed texts show that, no matter what the handicap is that limits communication or speaking, an intact conscience unfolds at another level of reality than the cognitive or sensorial system. By accompanying the person with a handicap to write via AIC, it is easier for them to find their place in this world and to give us messages destined to help us grow. In this way, our "jobs" are reversed and the exchange between the person giving and the person receiving is respected while the dignity of each person is honored. Accompaniment is an essential element in the technique the autor is using and teaching. . One of the goals of this accompaniment is to help the person consulting to stop judging himself, to accept himself as he is and also to accept what life presents with as little resistance as possible. AIC does not pretend to have a new theory about man or his life. However, it cannot be considered as a simple technique or treatment. Accompanied Inner Communication allows each accompanied person to better structure himself and live his own life, free from unconscious loyalties and useless attachments.
